The Dashboard are organisation-level view of widgets that help you monitor what needs attention - tasks due, expense claims to review, leave application statuses, timesheet progress, etc., for your team. It is the first window you see when logging into JobBag on the web.

Leave 

See your available leave hours and upcoming approved leave hours. Calculate and request leave directly from this widget. 

My Expense Claims

See your expense claims by status, know when a claim has been approved or needs more information. 

See the organisation's expense claims by status, know when claims have not been approved on time and when they are due for reimbursement.

Navigation

JobBag's interface is divided into 3 main areas. 

1.  Menu Sidebar

Access JobBag's features, like Tasks, Leave or Expenses here. 

2. Top bar 

This contains a breadcrumb menu so you can go back to pages you have accessed earlier. Also contains the help feature and log out button. 

3. Main pane 

This is where each feature is displayed. 

Menu sidebar

The application menu is located on the left of the page.

Clicking anywhere on the menu sidebar opens the feature menu. Hovering over icons on the menu displays a tooltip containing the feature name. Clicking anywhere on the open menu, or on the expand arrow button, minimises it.
