Production Costs
You are able to add costs involved in production to a media schedule.
The production itself is managed on a production job where the production is detailed out with actual work being performed. It is not an external cost. This is work performed internally and hence itis not part of a purchase order.
This cost amount starts life with a status of “planned” and is available for use on client invoices.
Step 1 Create a media plan
Step 2 Change job status to "live"
This occurs when the client has approved the Media plan.
Click on the Make job live button.
Step 3 Add production Costs
Click on the Add production button. Complete the following screen.
The result is production costs showing on their own lines in the media plan.
Step 4 Change status of job to Live
When the client has approved the media plan, change the job status to 'live' by clicking on the Make job live button.
Step 5 Create client Invoice
Click on the Create invoice button and select which items to invoice.
Save the invoice and the result is as follows:-
