Edit Media Plan

Add more information to lines on a Media Plan

Click on the Add Info button just above the plan.

Enter information as required, then click the Create button.

The additional information entered will appear as follows:-

This will appear in print format as well.

Copy a line in a Media Plan

Hold the Shift key down, click on the 3 dots and drag the plan to another phase.

When at the location desired, release the mouse button.

The Edit window appears for editing copied Bookings within the line.

Save changes and the copied line is saved.

Booked Media Insertions Appear for Review and or Editing

Booked and invoiced media insertions (or spots) are available for review and editing if required

Process

The following is a media plan which has a mix of booked and invoiced media spots.

To be able to view the media plans in detail click on the edit icon

The complete details of the media plan can be viewed or reversed and a new one created
