Some of the information entered here prints on reports eg phone and fax numbers print on orders to suppliers if not overruled by those set for the in-house contact.
- Some of this information is used when reporting payroll data on the SBR to the ATO.
Info Detail

| Set system-wide shutdown time | If ticked, indicates the system is to be shut down at a specific nominated time. All users will be logged out of JobBag |
| Printer Margins | Default margins used on your printer for reports |
| Use Upper and lower case job number fields | Permits the use of upper and lower case characters in the job number field |
| Default font | Select default font for reports |
| System emails SMTP server | Email server settings for the mailbox used for sending out password resets |
