Introduction to Accounts

JobBag's Accounts module helps you find out how much you owe, how much you are owed, and how much money you have in the bank. Accounts comprises 4 parts:

Accounts Payable

where details of the invoices outstanding to suppliers are managed and the payments made to suppliers are entered.

Accounts Receivable

where details of outstanding invoices issued to clients are managed and the receipts made by clients are entered.

Periodic Payments

where you set up and manage periodic payments.

Banks & Accounts

where you manage the banks and accounts that your business deals with. This can include internal Petty Cash accounts and Credit Cards used by the business to pay for goods and services supplied to the business.

Find the Accounts feature

Access the various Payment, Receipt and report windows through the Accounts menu, as shown below:
