Reports
Usually, only the people in your organisation who are responsible for keeping tabs on the financial position of the business will use the Reports menu.
All the Reports options are detailed in “Reports” chapter.
All reports may be exported to a PDF or Excel.
Report Archive
A list of reports produced in JobBag by age eg for today, yesterday, last week. last month etc.
Generic Reports
These are custom reports requested by clients - they are written by JobBag and are not part of JobBag Cost Reports. Provides value and cost on Jobs sorted by: cost types, date range, division, clients, jobs, etc.
Income Analysis
Provides actual results on a multi-column basis (with ratios) to provide trend analysis throughout the year for selected clients, JobType, Account exec, Divisions etc.
Financial Reports
Provides Single Column and Multicolumn financial statements for selected periods and divisions.
Management Reports
Provides Annual Account Comparison, Capacity Chart, Cash & Liquidity, Collections History, Debtor Days, etc
WIP and Accruals Reports
Provides reports detailing the general ledger account transactions which will be posted when the WIP&A is reviewed and confirmed.
Timesheet Reports
Provides: date, job number, kind code, notes, cost, value, rates, hours by period, clients, employees
Employee Productivity Reports
Provides: the total over/under servicing for the selected clients and shows the amount of time the selected employee recorded against client jobs for these clients.
Employee Utilisation Reports
Provides: the total over/under servicing for selected clients and shows teh amount of time the selected employee recorded against client jobs for these clients.
Accounts Reports
Provides: accounts reports - Aged Receivables, Aged Payables, Client Statements, payment Listing, Receipt Listing, supplier Transaction Listing, Payment Advice, Client Transaction Listing, Payment History, Bank Reconciliation History Transactions, Client History and Bank account GL Reconciliation.
GST Reports
Provides GST Details Report and Draft BAS Report Forecast Reports – provides YTD and Full Year report on the actuals for the period, comparing them to the forecast for the period, the actuals YTD compared to the Forecast YTD, and the Full year anticipated result which is the YTD Actuals plus the remaining forecast for the rest of the financial year.
