Billings Forecasts

The Billings Forecast is updated when a client accepts your quote/estimate (the quote/estimate has a 100% rating).

Example - A quote for a Job:

When you click on the Accept button, you will be presented with the billings forecast for the estimate. Update the months(s) where the estimate will be billed, this will then update the Forecast tab on the job.

Note: Action Required from Account Service Managers: While the job is Live, review the future billings amounts and timing. This information flows into the Client Forecast Reports and Budget Variance Reports.
