Displays the “edit a kind” screen |
| Clone |
Click if wish to clone a kind code |
| Delete |
Prompts that a kind code cannot be deleted unless another kind code is nominated to take over any related records that might exist. Note: you can make a kind code “inactive” |
| Settings |
Displays the Kinds Defaults window where the default charge rate and mark up is set. Note: Usually only the System Administrator has access privileges |
| Unit Types |
Accesses Unit Types window, where you can create and define unit types |
| Print |
Accesses Print Kinds window, where decisions are made as to what to print and what information to include |
| Verify |
Verifies that the structure is OK |

Expand all the categories in the list to display the related kinds and items |
| Collapse All |
Collapse one category by clicking on |
| Alphabetic Sort |
Does an alphabetic sort of all kinds within a category |
| Filter on Code |
Enter code if you wish to find a single code - instead of scrolling through the list |
| Filter on Description |
Enter description if you wish to find a kinds which match the description |
