User Maintenance Activity Log

User Maintenance Reports and Change Logs for User Maintenance are found under File > Administration > User Maintenance

In addition to history logs, there are reports:

• User Maintenance Reports
• Print Change Log for User Maintenance

Select the Print icon.

Choose between the following options: 

• User Maintenance Reports
• Print change log for user maintenance

These reports can be grouped by User Group or Division.

If printing a User Maintenance Report:

There are three reports:

• a simple listing of users
• a simple list with privileges
• a detailed list - this has a list of users, their user group, type of JobBag user and details of their last login time.

Simple List of Users

Simple List with Privileges, this shows privilges for each user.

Detailed List

If printing a Change Log for User Maintenance

Choose between the following options:

• Show all changes in chronological order
• Show by user/group for selected date ranges
